As always, November and December are a very busy time for Royal Mail. As with every year, there is a chance that we will see delivery delays in the run-up to and during the festive season.
With this in mind, we would strongly advise customers to order Christmas gifts as early as possible to avoid disappointment. UK orders placed by 23.59 GMT on Tuesday 17th December will be dispatched for delivery before Christmas, but we cannot guarantee pre-Christmas delivery if Royal Mail services are affected.
Delivery outside of the UK
The deadline for overseas customers depends on your delivery destination. Please see below for a list of deadlines for overseas destinations.
Please note that overseas deadlines aren’t guaranteed. We are currently unable to offer delivery to EU member states via this website due to VAT implications. Email here to reach our third party supplier who will take your order directly if you would like to order items for delivery to the EU.
Tuesday 3rd December – Rest of the World
Friday 6th December – USA, Canada, the rest of Europe
Monday 9th December – Western Europe
If you have missed the delivery deadline or you are concerned an item won’t arrive until after Christmas
If your order includes gift items, you can request a gift certificate in the order notes when placing your order. We will email you the certificate which can be forwarded on or printed out as required to ensure you have something to present to the recipient on Christmas Day. If you would like a gift certificate, please state this in your order notes when completing your order.
