As always, November and December is a very busy time for Royal Mail. This year, with the increased likelihood of industrial action, there is a higher chance than usual that we will see delivery delays in the run-up to and during the festive season.
With this in mind, we would strongly advise customers to order Christmas gifts as early as possible to avoid disappointment. UK orders placed by 23.59 GMT on Monday 18th December will be despatched for delivery before Christmas, but we cannot guarantee pre-Christmas delivery if Royal Mail services are affected.
